Mediation is a voluntary process in which parties attempt to resolve their own differences. The process allows people to explore opportunities that perhaps would not be considered in a formal court style setting and, most importantly, allows participants the opportunity to solve their issues and build a sense of ownership in the resolve.
Mediators are not judges, decision makers, therapists or psychologists. Mediators are neutral and impartial observers. Our goal is to expose participants to the ownership they can have in resolving differences.
